Hold ‘Em has some problems….

I bought this to play Hold Em and am disappointed, primarily because:

(1) The app only lets me play against 3 players (no more and no less). I want to play against more than 3 players so that I can simulate a real Vegas style tournament.
(2) The app does not let me specify how much I want to raise! I can only raise 1 chip? That makes no sense. I should be able to go all-in if I want.
